Mavericks Overcome 17-Point Deficit in Game 6

The Dallas Mavericks overcame a 17-point deficit to defeat the Oklahoma City Thunder 117-116 in Game 6 of their Western Conference semifinal series on Thursday night.

The Mavericks trailed by 17 points at the end of the third quarter, but they rallied in the fourth quarter behind the shooting of Luka Doncic and the rebounding of Kristaps Porzingis.

Doncic finished with a game-high 31 points, 10 rebounds, and 11 assists, while Porzingis had 20 points and 10 rebounds.

The Thunder were led by Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, who had 28 points.

The Mavericks will now face the Golden State Warriors in the Western Conference finals, which begin on Saturday night.
